About the Role

As Product Owner within our Digital Channel team, you will focus on unearthing value-driving opportunities across the digital experience of our extensive customer base. You will enable and co-create the strategy and roadmaps, ensuring the delivery of major initiatives and features to achieve our targets.

Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams this role will require the development of strong relationships across teams and require well developed communication and influencing skills. Operating in an agile mindset the role will be responsible for ensuring that any issues impacting customer experience, or the commercial objectives of the product are resolved as quickly as possible.

What you’ll be doing:
- Full-breadth Product Owner role within our Scrum environment, including own and define the vision and roadmap for Digital Channels.- Investigate new product ideas and innovations that will provide an improved customer experience.- Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular insight into digital product performance.- Create user stories and represent the customer and business.- Design, prototype, develop and test new product features and initiatives in collaboration with user experience and customer journey teams.- Actively contribute to Product Owner and Digital communities by facilitating knowledge sharing, upskilling, mentoring, and coaching.- Continually develop capability as a product owner by actively researching customer, industry and technology trends.

About You

As a great person for this role you will be an experienced and skilled Digital Product owner, couple with a naturally inquisitive mindset, a love for collaboration and passion for the ‘customer perspective’

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Demonstrable experience as Digital Product Owner in a complex, fast-moving environment.- Web and API experience strongly desired.- Solid understanding of using digital analytics to understand customer behaviour and make data driven decisions to increase customer engagement and digital usage.- Strong ability to develop and communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams.
