We are seeking a **dedicated and organised individual** to join our busy and progressive calibration workshop office in **Sydney**. This full-time role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a company with branches across **Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Hobart**.

As the **Office Administrator & Accounts**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Carry out general office duties including filing, ordering stationery, and maintaining documentation
- Liaise with our Onsite Co-Ordinator, who may work remotely
- Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed
- Assist with improving and maintaining accounting and office procedures

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum **3 years of administrative experience**:

- Professional phone manner and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting procedures
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel**:

- High accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- **Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to efficiency
