- Direct selling experience is desirable but not essential

(External) What You'll Be Doing:
Events
- Support the Senior Events Manager to execute the events program from concept to delivery.
- Ownership and management of the event registration system (EMS) for all AU/NZ Events.
- Coordinate event logistics and delivery timelines with Operations team to arrange pallet packing and deliveries of event materials for events.
- Research and organise promotional items and gifting for events.
- Organisation of hotel bookings and assist with room block management as required.
- Coordinate group transfer bookings for events when required.
- Resolve problems or complaints from both internal and external customers.
- Work within strict timelines and defined budgets.
- Liaise with the Finance department to ensure correct coding, filing and payment of event-related invoices promptly.
- Assist in the development of all support materials including agendas, flyers and registration lists.
- Initiate creative requests, web requests and Jira requests as needed for event artwork and materials.
- Prepare event information packs for staff and speakers.
- Provide assistance with Recognition such as mailouts or on site coordintation as required.
- Support Marketing related projects.
- Ad hoc administration duties as required.
Other
- Work a flexible schedule and overtime hours when requested to do so.
- Attend off-site meetings, some of which may necessitate travel and overnight stays.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills - Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under tight timelines and changing requirements. The organization is critical, as is the ability to work independently and on multiple projects at one time.
- Attention to Detail - Ensure accuracy in documentation and data.
- Building Relationships - Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Decisiveness - Strongly communicating expectations, quickly responding to situations, justifying decisions when challenged and following through on decisions.

**The Event Assistant will provide support in the coordination of the events program. This will include event registration management, researching various aspects of events e.g. venues and transportation, providing administrative assistance with invoices, basic copywriting, PowerPoint presentations and handling event-related enquires from consultants.**:
