**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Risk Management**:Facilitate workshops to identify and uplift risks, controls and indicators.
- **Compliance & Regulatory Obligations**:Assess business impacts or regulatory changes, and manage obligations registers
- **Incident Management**:Investigate incidents, support reporting, and conduct root cause analysis
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with senior leaders and business units to embed a proactive risk culture and enhance risk maturity across the organisation.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, control assessments, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in financial services or general insurance
- Strong facilitation skills for running engaging workshops
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GRC systems (Protecht or similar)
