HR Business Partner, Regional Hub

**1x 12 month fixed term contract and 1x permanent opportunity available**

**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, Regional Hub you will partner key leaders in our Regional Hub divisions which include (Legal, Commercial Excellence, Strategy, Procurement & Sustainability, Digital, Business Services and Disruption). You will be responsible for projects across the team to embed the Asahi culture, people practices and processes and build capability to drive business performance.

Additionally, you will embed Asahi HR practices and processes while ensuring that the interests and needs of the various business units and its employees are addressed to sustain a high-performance and engagement culture.

You will also partner and collaborate closely with the broader HR community to identify opportunities in efficiencies, talent sharing, employee relations management and/or best practice HR.

**The opportunity**:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Serve as the HR driver and coach to various leadership teams in leading, managing and supporting their teams to deliver the business strategy
- Implement policies, using the appropriate protocols to deal with exceptions, working with the appropriate Specialists or HR leaders
- Critically review transactional HR work on an ongoing basis and provide input to potential solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs in conjunction with Specialists and provide feedback to the Specialists on the effectiveness and impact of HR solutions and processes
- Work with leaders to assess the capability of their team/s and engage specialist resources to develop capability building plans
- Work with the broader HR team to translate regional and local change initiatives and capability strategies into an implementation plan for the business
- Work with Managers and targeted individuals to understand their training and development needs

**About You**

You have a track record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial and operational understanding, with an ability to identify customer needs and go beyond just delivering defined HR solutions

Additionally, you have the following:

- A relevant HR or business-related degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR, Employment Relations or Business Partnering role, within a medium/large organization
- Experience in a regional/global business highly preferred
- Experience in change management practices
- Track record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial and operational understanding and an ability to identify customer needs and go beyond just delivering defined HR solutions
- Sound familiarity with good HR specialist disciplines and how to best leverage these - ranging from talent management and career development, recruitment, performance management, organisational development and design, compensation and benefits, to learning and development facilitation
- Experience in FMCG is preferred but not essential
