**About the role**:
We are looking for a qualified HR professional with 2 - 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field to join our HR team. Working with the HR Manager, you will be assisting with all facets of Human Resources.

**Responsibilities include:

- **
- Assist at all points of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management and reviews;
- Updating electronic employee records;
- Preparing contracts and letters of offer;
- Supporting managers as required with employee-related advice and needs;
- Assisting with various other HR related administrative tasks

**About you**:

- Qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Excellent relationship-building skills;
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in an HR environment
- Excellent time management skills; and
- Strong attention to detail
