We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing not-for-profit organisation in North Adelaide.

In this role, you will bring your HR knowledge to provide day to day operational support to the team. This is permanent, full-time position with an immediate start.

**The role**

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Performance management
- Managing recruitment processes including employee on-boarding and departure
- Review, create and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
- Assist with strategic initiatives including; workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, rem and ben, etc
- Provide general HR support and advice
- Employee records collection and maintenance

**To be successful**

Previous experience in a similar role is a must. You will also possess;
- Relevant qualifications
- Sound knowledge of HR legislations and policies
- The ability to take initiative and work independently or collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience
- Ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders
