Great organisation, flexibility, short-term contract

Well-known organisation looking for an experienced HR Program Manager responsible for providing, leadership, planning, business coordination and decision making to support delivery of the organisations HR Technology Roadmap.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Propose changes on business process, in-line with legislation or knowledge of best practice.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Support leaders with the system rollout.
- Work collaboratively in a team to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Prioritise delivery decisions based on business need, working with the business to negotiate priorities or identify temporary work arounds if required.
- Identify and manage implementation risks.

**Key Criteria**:

- HR Project Management experience is essential.
- HR Qualification.
- HRMS/HRIS knowledge.
- Highly developed leadership skills.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large, complex data to support effective project delivery.
- Working with Childrens Check is essential.

This will be an initial 5-month contract, however, may be extended.
