The **Associate Director** is a key role within the business and will have the following key responsibilities:

- Working with and adding value to a portfolio of corporate health clients.
- Take the challenge and lead with innovation whilst driving the strategy for Corporate Health
- Build and on board new to bank customer relationships from the Health sector.

**The role**:
Your experience in seeking to understand your customer’s needs deeply by embedding yourself as a trusted partner and going above and beyond will impress. Trusted for the way you operate, and putting the customer at the heart of everything you do will be considered the basics..you deliver on what you promise and make doing business with NAB easier.

**What you will bring**:

- A sound understanding of financial markets and deposit and debt products and how these can be structured and applied
- Experience of structuring up complex cash flow lending transactions.
- Experience of dealing with family owned businesses and intergenerational wealth.
- Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers
- The ability to provide technical advice and guidance to customers and other departments regarding debt products and deal structuring
- Previous experience in the Health sector will be looked favourably on, but is **NOT** a prerequisite.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Build knowledge and understanding of the Corporate Health business across the enterprise.
- Develop, lead and execute strategy for new and existing business development to ensure delivery of the Health business plan
- Grow and develop bankers to ensure an engaged and customer focused team are delivering focused outcomes and driving advocacy
- First line credit and risk accountability within DCA
- Support the delivery of the local area’s performance as measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics and employee engagement
