**Team and role purpose**:
To guide, support, and enable Aspect to lead, manage and grow our people and their talents in a safe and inclusive workplace, for the good of Aspect, our customers, and community. This role will support the delivery of learning and capability development solutions and services in line with Aspect’s strategic plan and business unit workforce strategies.

**What the role looks like**

In this varied role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a new way of delivering learning and development at Aspect. As Learning & Capability Consultant you will:

- Support the delivery of workforce strategies by coordinating the implementation of learning and development programs and solutions; in particular across workforce capability and performance, and talent development
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an Aspect-wide learning governance model, including a consistent approach to learning design, delivery and administration, and the introduction of a community of practice with business owners of learning content
- Work closely with the Organisational Development Consultant to contribute to the implementation of leadership development and succession planning programs and solutions

**Who are you?**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in or demonstrated aptitude for using and administering learning management systems and platforms
- Has experience in learning design and delivery
- Is motivated to influence positive change through delivery of process improvements and facilitation of best practice
