Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is Australia’s largest autism-specific service provider, with one of the biggest autism-specific school programs in the world. A not-for-profit organisation, we work in partnership with people of all ages on the autism spectrum, and their families to deliver evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused and customer driven.

Aspect's People, Culture and Safety team is part of the Shared Services group that provides corporate support and services across the whole of Aspect.

**What you will do**:

- Work with talent and organisational development colleagues to build and develop capability, performance and learning frameworks, solutions and practices
- Work with business partner colleagues to support workforce strategy design and delivery across the business
- Develop and implement an organisation-wide approach to learning governance, design and delivery through a learning community of practice across Aspect
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve ways of working and lead and contribute to strategic and operational projects

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in human resources management, performance development, capability and learning, and/or other relevant discipline(s)
- Demonstrated experience in contemporary practices in organisational development, performance and capability development, adult learning and learning management
- Demonstrated experience in learning design, including hands-on e-learning content authoring
- Demonstrated experience in utilising and improving learning management systems and processes
- Working with Children Check (NSW) and National Police Clearance
