Bringing over 100 years of combined Awning experience to the table, and over 30 different awning types available you know that if there is a way for something unusual that needs to be achieved for your customer, Dalekit can work with you to find to create the most effective solution that incorporates both looks and functionality.

TASKS:

- Logging and processing all incoming orders.
- Help the Customer Service Specialist when needed especially in busy periods to reduce customer wait times.
- Deliver a superior customer service experience by practising Dalekit’s core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Communication and Quality.
- Handle customer questions, complaints and issues in a timely manner always aiming for fast and proper resolution.
- Prepare customer quotes when required.
- Communicate effectively all relevant information to customers especially regarding delivery times and possible delays.
- Liaise with department heads and supervisors when necessary to facilitate and expedite processing of orders.
- Assist with adhoc duties as needed.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident phone manner.
- Calm under pressure especially with competing demands and difficult situations.
- Ability to prioritise work.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy while never losing sight of the big picture.
- Likes teamwork and rises to challenges.
- A self-driven and proactive learner with a keen desire to learn about everything Dalekit.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Windsor, NSW 2756: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
