**Customer Service Representative**

**Location**: Windsor, Bella Vista NSW

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Rostered Saturdays (at least 1 per month)
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (flexible shifts) Saturday 8am - 2pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Show empathy and understanding while handling customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customers, ensuring follow-up when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude at all times.
- Develop rapport with our Practitioners and provide support to them and our patients.

- **Experience**: Proficient in word, excel and previous use of a CRM system would be beneficial.

**No Sales Experience Required**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $46,460.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
