**Job Description**:
**About the Role**
This full-time opportunity exists for an experienced State Sales Manager with strong attention to detail to join our Queensland team based in Brisbane. In this role you will be responsible for the Sales target for the state, coaching and mentoring of the Sales Account Managers, ultimate customer experience and development of new business within the region. In this customer focused role, the SSM will work in-field as the technical specialist, managing sales service-related matters with a strong focus on pioneering new business growth in line with policies, procedures, budgets and company Values.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide product support, advice and grow brand awareness within the region.
- Increase new business opportunities and growth by proactively identifying potential clients and driving new business.
- Coach Sales Account Managers on best practice sales strategies
**Qualifications**:
**We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience**:
- Demonstrated experience within a similar business development role, planning and executing sales strategies to achieve KPI budgets and targets.
- Proven selling skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experience.
**Desirable (if applicable)**:
- Hairdressing qualification
