Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance the onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and empowered
  • Manage and support workplace investigations with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Provide expert HR guidance across a range of employee matters, including performance, compliance, and engagement
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive initiatives that promote fairness, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that support our evolving workforce

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles, ideally with exposure to onboarding and employee relations
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage sensitive issues with care and confidence
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
