**About the Role**

HIHR (Australia) is seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to lead the human resources function for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing HR strategies that support business growth, enhance employee engagement and improve operational efficiency. Working closely with various departments, you will optimise HR processes and ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Compensation and Benefits Management** - Oversee the company’s remuneration structure, ensuring fairness, market competitiveness, and compliance with Australian regulations. Develop and implement employee benefits programs.
- **Performance Management** - Design and manage the performance evaluation system, track employee progress, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- **Employee Training and Development** - Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, support career progression, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- **Employee Relations** - Manage workplace relations, promote effective communication between employees and management, and resolve employment-related matters.
- **HR Policy Development and Compliance** - Develop and refine HR policies and procedures in line with Australian employment laws and business objectives.
- **Payroll Processing** - Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 40+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

**About You**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least three years of HR management experience in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, payroll processing, and salary structures.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organised and proactive, capable of managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
