At VCE Vanguard Coaching, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier tutoring services and supporting students to achieve their academic goals. As our team grows, we're seeking a dedicated HR Officer to help us find, evaluate, and onboard the best tutors and staff who will carry forward our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess incoming candidate resumes for various roles within the organisation
  • Shortlist applicants based on role requirements and suitability
  • Conduct interviews (online or in-person) to evaluate candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit
  • Provide structured feedback and recommendations to management regarding candidate suitability
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Strong ability to assess candidate resumes and match skills to role requirements
  • Confident interviewing skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Organised, reliable, and able to provide clear reports to management
  • Prior HR experience within the education or tutoring sector (preferred, not required)
