**About the Opportunity**

Hitachi is actively seeking a motivated individual to join the team in the position of **Customer Support Representative** for our Donaldson product group. The role will be based at our **Cavan** **branch** in Adelaide.

You are responsible to deliver a high level of customer support to all customers in the territory by acting as the focal point for their Parts requirements.

**As a key member of the team, your other responsibilities will include**:

- Growth and new business development of the Donaldson Filter reseller network in line with the Branch’s strategy and coordination with the HCA BDM.
- Undertake discussions and negotiations with Resellers/Customers around the renewal of their filtration reseller or supply agreements with HCA.
- Responsible for coordinating with all relevant departments and teams to ensure that all customer queries and requirements are attended to promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Engage with Regional Business Development Manager to analyse market opportunities and form business development strategies

- Experience in a customer support role in Earthmoving, Mining or associated industries - Preferred but not essential
- Proactive and result-driven
- Perform CRM Reporting
- Ability to travel monthly to Regional area’s
- Able to gain a National Police/Department of Defence clearance
