Animal Health Sales Clerk / Support / Delivery & Representative Role

Face to Face customer service (in store)

Telephone Sales and handling customer enquiries (in store)

Cash and EFTPOS receipting

Stock picking , packing (includes checking of picked orders)

Stock Checking and unpacking (to ensure accuracy of goods inwards)

Data entry of Goods In/Out

Invoice and Credit Note processing (Sybiz Vision Software)

General Office Duties (Whatever it takes to get the job done) Cleaning, Post Office collections/deliveries , Banking, Shopping for Office Supplies

In-field deliveries and sales representation. (Incl. Tuesday Mornings Northern Areas)

Leading to:

10)   Phone calls to Pet Shop, Fodder Store, Pet Grooming Salons and other Animal Health related businesses to further build on existing relationships and explore new business.

11)   Generating, collating and assembly of Sales & Marketing materials in conjunction with other staff and suppliers for distribution to customers for targeted sales campaigns.

12)   Extension of data processing duties as required to cover other staff holidays etc

Abilities:

·       Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required (Other suites an advantage)

·       Ability to work as a Team Player and support others in their roles. Ensuring a good FIT.

·       Contributes ideas to improve all areas of the business (including safety)

·       Able to prioritise tasks as required

·       Work with speed and accuracy in all areas involved in and an ability to multitask.

·       Punctuality and reliability essential as we are a small team.

·       A current drivers license with a good driving history and ability to confidently drive 1 tonne utes and light commercial vehicles with a trailer attached.

·       Forklift licence would be an advantage.
