Operational Support Coordinator

**About the role**:

- Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, the Operational Support Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks associated with daily operations of production, despatch, procurement, transport and interstate inventory for InfraBuild Reinforcing Cavan.
- **Your responsibilities will include**:

Freight management of inwards goods and interstate transfers
- Purchasing of consumables for the site
- Issue and monitor maintenance work orders
- Assist with coordination of initiatives and projects
- Scrap processing
- Procurement of stock
- Adhering to all relevant InfraBuild health and safety policies, standards, procedures and legislative requirements
** To be successful in this role, you will have**:

Relevant operational / administration qualification or equivalent experience
- Operational and administrative experience
- Advanced MS Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Process oriented
- Systems and manufacturing process knowledge/experience, desirable
- Experience using Power BI, Sparks, JDE - advantageous
