**Retail Operations Support Administration Coordinator**

At **Fantastic Furniture**, we believe that every home should be filled with style, comfort, and great value. As part of our growing Retail Operations team, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive **Retail Operations Support Administration Coordinator** to help us deliver seamless operational support to our nationwide store network.

**What We Are Seeking**

We are searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys coordinating people, processes, and projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration and retail support who can:

- Provide accurate and timely reporting for retail operations and leadership teams.
- Coordinate communications, travel, meetings, uniforms, and general retail queries.
- Support projects and initiatives across retail, IT, payroll, finance, product, and marketing.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
- Manage invoices, expenses, supplier interactions, and operational support tasks with accuracy.

Your ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively will make you a trusted point of contact for our store and retail teams.

**What You Will Bring**
- Previous experience in office administration or retail operations.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge a bonus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
