Retail Operations Support Administration Coordinator

As part of our growing Retail Operations team, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Support Administration Coordinator to help us deliver seamless operational support to our nationwide store network.

What We Are Seeking

We are searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys coordinating people, processes, and projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration and retail support who can:

Provide accurate and timely reporting for retail operations and leadership teams.

Coordinate communications, travel, meetings, uniforms, and general retail queries.

Support projects and initiatives across retail, IT, payroll, finance, product, and marketing.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Manage invoices, expenses, supplier interactions, and operational support tasks with accuracy.

Your ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively will make you a trusted point of contact for our store and retail teams.

What You Will Bring

Previous experience in office administration or retail operations.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge a bonus.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
