- Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation
- Located in the Inner Eastern Suburbs

Due to a period of growth and development, this large FMCG organisation based in the Inner Eastern Suburbs, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to advise on and manage the recruitment process for new talent within their teams.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Developing active talent pools to ensure current and future recruitment needs can be addressed in a timely manner.
- Continually developing industry knowledge to become an industry expert.
- Redefining recruitment processes, ensuring that recruitment is streamlined across the business and carrying out any process improvements that you identify.
- Carrying out reporting in relation to recruitment metrics including; time to fill and cost per hire.
- Advising managers on the recruitment process including creating interview guides for managers.

To be successful you will bring:

- Previous experience recruiting within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Experience using SuccessFactors.
- Ability to think strategically about future business needs.
- Experience within a Senior Talent Acquisition role is a must.
- Ability to engage with entry level employees as well as senior executives.
