Would you like to join a world class organisation and a leader within the entertainment industry on the Gold Coast? The Star Gold Coast is currently hiring a Night Manager for our team in our newly opened property, The Dorsett.

In this role you will deliver outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the duration of their stay. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate the night operations of the department to ensure an outstanding experience for all customers through the provision of superb service and meticulous attention to detail. You will assist with the supervision, training and development as well as performance management of the night team. You will also conduct investigations regarding guest complaints, finding resolutions and reporting unresolved issues, as well as providing a safe and comfortable stay for your guests within the property. You will be a leader of the hotel team, representing hotel senior leadership in their absence.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous management experience within a 5-star establishment
- Availability to work between the hours of 11pm - 7:30am over a 7-day roster
- Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera, Fidelio
- highly regarded)
- The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
- Possess a high level of organisational skills, have the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- High level communication and performance management skills
