Night Auditor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at The Dorsett Hotel as a **Night Auditor** In this role, you will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel while continuing to deliver outstanding service to our guests. Supervisory experience will be very beneficial in this role as you will also have the opportunity to step up into the Higher Duties role of Night Manager on a regular basis.

**What are we looking for?**
- Extensive guest service experience in Front Office with night audit experience highly regarded
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory position within a hotel environment
- Be confident in issue resolution, problem solving and decision making
- Good keyboard skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera, Fidelio
- highly regarded)
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
- The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
- Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am
