**The Role**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment. You will work in a high performing team responsible for the ongoing maintenance, performance, and safety, supporting PLC controlled systems, a variety of packaging plant and some of the latest servo-controlled Corrugated and Converting Machines.
- Full time night shift (Monday to Friday)

**What you will do**:

- Contribute to a safe and compliant working environment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment.
- Provide service to maintain production and resolution of operational or technical problems.
- Ensure you work as a member of a cohesive team while maintaining individual responsibility.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a manufacturing setting.
- Welding competencies mig/ tig/stick would be desirable
- Highly focused on process and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the required safety standards.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a “get the job done” approach every day.
