Are you a night owl with a flair for numbers, guest service, and smooth operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to shine We’re looking for an Assistant Night Manager to join the Sea World Resort family

**About the Role**:
As our Assistant Night Manager, you’ll be the key to ensuring a seamless overnight experience for our guests and team You’ll audit the day’s activities, prepare for the excitement of tomorrow’s arrivals, and step up as Night Manager when needed. This role is perfect for a night owl who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two nights are the same.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Conducting Direct Bill Audits, processing Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs), and managing Accounts Receivable charges
- Reconciling guest accounts and preparing for a smooth check-out experience
- Safeguarding the Resort overnight — ensuring our guests’ security and peace of mind
- Assisting the Night Manager in overseeing nightly operations and ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay
- Preparing pre-roll and morning reports, and carrying out room move audits
- Handling guest needs with warmth and professionalism — from check-ins and check-outs to room service and late-night enquiries
- Leading and motivating the Night Guest Services team, ensuring nightly tasks are completed to perfection
- Welcoming and training new team members, helping them thrive from day one
- Prepare for Success: Generate reports, conduct audits, and set the stage for a successful day ahead

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in Night Auditing or Front Office Supervision (preferred)
- Advanced certifications in First Aid and Resuscitation—a must for this critical role
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- A passion for hospitality, a great eye for detail, and a calm, confident approach under pressure
