As a **Night Auditor **at The Star Grand Hotel, will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel while continuing to deliver outstanding service to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience. **A few of your responsibilities**: - Complete the registration of guests details upon check in - Securing payment - Issuing of room keys - Addition of relevant charges to guests accounts - Respond to reservation requests in an efficient manner **What we are looking for**: - Extensive guest service experience in Front Office with night audit experience highly regarded - Confident in issue resolution, problem solving and decision making - Good computer skills with knowledge of property management systems (Opera highly regarded) - Outstanding presentation and communication skills - Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am **About you**: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
