An exciting career opportunity has now become available for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join their collegiate team. **About the role** Primarily you'll be responsible for financial accounting and overseeing all operational aspects of the firm to ensure the practice runs smoothly, and if you enjoy a "hands on" role, this one is for you Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; - Office accounting, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, GST and BAS - Administer the trust accounting and adhere to all relevant legislation - Ensure all tax and statutory reporting deadlines are met - Debtor management - Manage outsourced IT contract and troubleshooting day-to-day issues - Liaise with accountants, bank managers and the LIV - Maintain responsibility for all firm's insurances - Review and if required amend policies and procedures - Liaise with Building Management regarding office/floor maintenance - Other general administrative duties as required. **About you** Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a legal office is essential.
