**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate signboards (up and down) for properties, liaising with contractors as needed.
- Order magazines (e.g. Sitchu) and ensure they are available for clients and the office.
- Collect and organise owner details for the release of deposits.
- Liaise with the finance team to track sales and settlements, ensuring all payments are processed on time.
- Follow the office's file checklist to ensure all sales-related documentation is complete and up to date.
- Upload open times in Agent Box and keep all calendar events up to date.
- Prepare open boards and materials for open houses and inspections.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and future leads.
- Be proactive in identifying any administrative gaps and implementing processes to improve office efficiency.
- Keep office tidy and water plants.

**Goals**:

- Ensure all admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to support the sales team.
- Keep track of key dates and ensure no tasks or deadlines are missed.
