We are looking for experienced salespeople with excellent communication and computer skills to join our dedicated and energetic team.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Property Sales tasks; for example, Prospecting, conducting appraisals, listings, open for inspections, private inspections.
- Generation of sales leads
- Support Vendors & Purchasers through the whole journey
- Assist in the sales to settlement process
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Prepare necessary sales documentation in line with company branding and relevant legislation
- Manage the company’s customer relationship database
- Maintain and update listings of available properties

Skills/Experience Required
- Minimum 1-year industry experience
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- The Focus to manage workload to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships
- Computer literate and experience in real estate programs and systems
- Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
