**Key responsibilities**:

- Must be **Spanish or Lebanese or Arabic or Chinese Speaker.**:

- Provide personal care, assistance with daily activities and emotional support to individuals living with disabilities.
- Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence.
- Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
- Manage challenging behaviours and provide tailored support based on individual care plans.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualification:

- _Australian work rights_
- National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS verification check or willing to get one
- Minimum 1 year experience as support worker
- Diver licensee with access to car is desirable.
