We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to clients, including those with disabilities, the elderly, and individuals with mental health needs.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor client progress, reporting any changes in condition.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and care in all interactions.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Mental Health First Aid Certification**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Clearance**:

- **Police Clearance Check**:

- **Working with Children Check**

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in **Community Services**, **Disability**, **Aged Care**, **Nursing**, or **Counselling**.
- Experience in **Mental Health** support.
- **Lived Experience** in the disability or aged care sectors is highly valued.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW 2000
