**About the role**:
The role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:

- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client focussed support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.

**Essential Requirements**:
We all need to start somewhere and at AHS, we are happy to provide in-house training to those with little to no experience in the NDIS industry. If you have the right persona and the willingness to learn, we're happy to invest in your time and future. Furthermore, there are some requirements for this role as stated below:

- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 (including Booster Shot).
- A current full driver's license.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

If you don't have some of the above requirements but are wanting to join our team, we will happily assist in directing you through the correct channels to gain those requirements.

This is a casual ongoing basis with the potential for full-time employment in the future. We're offering an attractive hourly fee that begins at $27-$31 depending on experience and availability.
