**About the Company**:
Established for more than 40 years, our client provides independent living, allied health services, assistive technology, home modification and training to the community. **About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, identifying their needs and providing information and advice on assistive technology. You will also handle general administration, database entry, supplier liaison, and assist customers to hire and/or purchase equipment.

**About You**

Essentially our client is looking for someone who has; a strong ability to liaise with team, leaders and key stakeholders both internally and externally; work in a team as a productive and cohesive team member; the ability to critically think, use initiative and work independently, exercising sound judgement and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, sometimes working with incomplete information or unpredictable demands.

**Job Requirements**:
To be successful for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Excellent IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good phone manner
- Previous experience working in the Aged Care or Disability Sector
- Call Centre Experience (Desirable)
- Ability to work within a team
- Good Time Management and Organisation Skills
- Proficiency with ITC, including client databases and Microsoft office suite
- Sound understanding of customer relationship management
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervising, training and supporting colleagues
