**We require the services of an energetic, organised and articulate Administration Officer with a positive attitude who is professional at all times, has good organisational and time management skills and is able to work individually or as part of a team. Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal and is competent in the use of computers, along with the Microsoft Office suite (Predominantly Excel, Word & Outlook).**
The ideal applicant must have the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy though relaxed environment, but at the same time, not be afraid to ask for help when they need it, we are a team.
We would need you to have a C class license and reliable vehicle as this position will require you to work between our 2 offices on an ad hoc basis, sporadically in Kwinana Beach, and predominantly out of Nedlands (Nedlands being main location of admin operation).
**Key Responsibilities and Duties Include**:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Respond to in-coming calls and taking messages for internal staff when in the office.
- Data entry and document control.
- Help ensure the office area is kept clean/tidy.
- Assist with different departments such as Accounts, Sales, Quality Control and Logistics.
- Accept deliveries
- Assist with invoicing and purchase orders.
- Photocopying, Scanning, Filing, faxing and electronic archiving of documents.
- Social Media content creation and digital presence management.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties when required.
**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required**:
- Experience in an office environment would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience working with MS Office Suite (mainly Excel, Word & Outlook is a must).
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Be highly motivated, eager to learn and a reliable team player.
