We are seeking a forward thinking finance leader to join North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) as Director Finance Strategy and Performance. In this pivotal role you will shape financial stewardship, system transformation, and strategic alignment across the agency.
This is a Permanent appointment.

What is our Director Finance Strategy and Performance role?
Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, you will oversee funding strategy, service agreements, strategic reporting, and finance system transformation. You will be accountable for consolidating business partnering insights to create a whole-of-NMHS financial view, ensuring funding arrangements and service level agreements are strategically managed and aligned with operational and financial goals.

  • Proven leadership in financial strategy, performance reporting and funding management and ability to drive strategic alignment and deliver measurable results.
  • Deep expertise in finance system transformation and proven ability to navigate reform and complexity.
  • A strong commitment to collaboration, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in financial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and budgeting and performance management within a large, complex organisation.

  • Highly developed skills in negotiating, influencing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with stakeholders.

Eligibility to Apply:
