We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic people to the position of Senior Customer Liaison Officer who have relevant experience supervising the day to day operations of a dynamic customer focussed team. You will have well developed administrative and financial skills and be competent with business applications including Microsoft Office.

This is a recruitment pool for a Permanent Full Time and Fixed Term Full Time appointments. Fixed Term appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur until
28 February 2027.
What is our Senior Customer Liaison Officer role?
The Queen Elizabeth Medical Centre campus is the largest medical centre in the southern hemisphere accessed by over 14,000 people each day.

The Senior Customer Liaison Officer is responsible for the supervision and development of the Parking Customer Liaison Officers and to provide quality customer services. Adherence to legislative and audit requirements, maintaining current procedures and identifying betters ways of working are key requirements of the position.
