Rural Health West aims to improve access to quality healthcare for rural communities through the provision of a highly skilled, motivated and sustainable medical, nursing, midwifery, dental and allied health workforce. We are a not-for-profit organisation primarily funding through WA Country Health Service and the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
We are recruiting a new Publications Officer to join our Communications and Data Analytics team for activities that are in line with the vision and strategic plan.
- Part time FTE
- Our office is in a central location in Nedlands, Western Australia, and we support hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
- We offer tax free salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience in providing service to internal customers, determining their communication collateral needs and publication related materials.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience in managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including creating and working with templates.
