**The Position**

As the Project Coordinator your role day-to-day will be to provide support to the operational needs of a diverse range of projects.

- Able to coordinate project management activities and resources
- Liaise with management to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Consolidation of project tracking against project schedule and budgets
- Review completed site quality documentation and compile close out documentation to client
- Assist with procurement to ensure work crews have all plant, equipment and materials required to conduct works correctly, the first time
- Assist management with mobilising and deploying workforces to meet contract and client requirements
- Assist with tenders and estimating, as required
- Setting up and maintaining cost database, directory of quotes, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Reviewing schedule of rates quarterly, in liaison with Operations
- Keep up to date with industry, regulation, and price trends, and conduct special studies to develop and establish related cost data and effect cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Ensure all complaints and opportunities for improvement are passed on to upper management
- Follow Company processes and procedures
- Assists with projects from beginning to end, whilst the Company’s project management systems are understood, complied with, and are critically reviewed for improvement
- Coordinates project start-up, maintains project programmes and ensures effective handover, including participating in regular project management meetings
- Ensure that resources are available and employed efficiently to meet the business unit objectives
- Assist with ensuring projects are invoiced monthly and compliant with the terms and conditions of contract inclusive of all claimable variations
- Assist with monthly input to month end forward forecasting and WIP

**Essential Requirements**:

- Collaborate and actively engage with other team members to achieve operational needs of services projects
- Review own work before completion to ensure a high-quality product/service
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve existing work, operations, documentation, and processes
- Be coachable and receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and embracing continuous improvement
- Drivers Licence C Class - Unrestricted
- Construction Card (White Card / Blue Card)
- Safety focused and able to contribute to continual business development and improvements

**Desired Requirements**:

- Experience working with Aboriginal peoples and business.
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Relevant Trade qualification (desirable)
- Experience in utilities and/or construction and/or resources industry
