**About the Role**

Reporting to the Manager, the **Customer Support & Development** role focuses on developing and supporting both new and existing clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing existing customer accounts, conducting promotional and follow-up calls
- Following up assigned customer quotes and opportunities
- Contacting potential customers to introduce PLC Hardware’s offerings
- Assisting the internal sales team with sales processing tasks

**About You**

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and contributing to business growth.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of industrial or electrical products (training provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

**Desirable**:

- Experience in an electrical wholesaler or industrial sales environment
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills
