
Customer Operations Specialist

Prompt response and follow up to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction with the results.
- Be a customer advocate internally within Employer's to resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution.
- Records kept of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints, utilizing the SFDC case management system where appropriate.
- Unresolved issues directed to the designated resource utilizing the SFDC cases management system.
- Able to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and record details of all actions taken.
- Achievement Indicators_
- Able to receive, process and verify the accuracy of sales/service/return orders from customers utilizing the Salesforce and SAP
- Able to organize workflow to meet customer requested timeframes.
- Customer’s delivery and quality expectations are met through proactive communication and coordination with internal departments.
- Management of open sales/service/return orders, proactively escalating and expediting internally to ensure positive customer outcomes.
- Managing customer expectation and communicating information to customers
- Customer information is correct, and all requested changes are reviewed, validated, and updated in a timely manner so that orders aren’t delayed.
**Requirements**:
- Core Competencies_
- Ability to use SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office systems.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Results, customer, and quality focused
- Strong attention to detail
- High capacity to learn quickly.
- Experience_
- A minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience utilizing SAP for relevant sales and service order business processes.
- Proven experience of employing a high level of initiative and self-motivation to achieve performance standards.
Its a 3 months full time contract role. Attractive Hourly Rates.
