**Position Overview**

Under the direction of the Service and Project Manager, you will be an integral member of the team delivering new equipment onto customer sites. You’ll be supporting end-to-end project delivery and ensuring our team, customers and community members have a seamless information flow as required.

You will support all stages of the project, including planning and implementation. But your contribution to general project, document control and team support means this role will be dynamic and varied.

**Project Coordinator**
- Working with Project Manager, Managing Director, Sales and Technical Manager and other specialists to ensure that project goals are met;
- Responding to enquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, services and project issues;
- Make sure that client needs are met as projects evolve;
- Create, maintain, and communicate project schedules using MS Project;
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions;
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning activities and milestones;
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reports on project outcomes;
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with internal and external project teams;
- Being the central point of contact for the client’s engineering group as well as internally with engineering, supply chain, and the management team;
- Attending weekly internal and external progress meetings;
- Occasional travel to customer site for meeting or inspections as required.

**Document Controller**
- Check the quality of documents;
- Reviewing engineering drawings and providing feedback and revision control;
- Monitor processes and compliance with company verification systems;
- Provide advice, support and assistance to the project team;
- Set up and manage project filing systems;
- Maintain records of all released project documents and their distribution;
- Record, check and track all incoming and outgoing project documents and correspondence;
- Ensure all management system documentation is the latest version and easily accessible;
- Prepare regular project reports for the Project Manager and the client’s representative;
- Creation, management and completion of ITP and quality documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Document, Quality or Project Control experience **Or **Project Administration experience;
- Experience working on large projects in the mining, construction or oil and gas sectors;
- Intermediate level exposure to engineering drawing packages;
- Proven document and data management knowledge;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite and SharePoint;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Superior organizational skills to ensure agreed timelines are achieved;
- Confidence to communicate and escalate issues as required;
- A commitment to Zero Harm working environment.
