**Overview
This role will see you manage the delivery of project solutions to clients. The Client Enablement Office must be capable of thought leadership and solving complex problems using all of the information, relationships and resources at your disposal.

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Strategic Focus
- Design and develop high quality, integrated project solutions that meet both client expectations and Link Group requirements
- Contribute and support the implementation of FFS plans
- Contribute and support the implementation of internal projects
- Represent the company with the highest standards and preparation at assigned events or other forums
- Actively promote new Link products

Operational Management
- Manage client pipeline through portfolio reporting and active exploration of opportunities
- Present project solutions to clients and internally at an executive level
- Consult to the project delivery teams through execution phase to ensure project issues are brought to a successful resolution
- Consult across multiple and complex work assignments
- Serve as escalation point for clients to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions and client management on projects
- Present and walkthrough the proposed project solution with key project stakeholders involved with estimating and quoting
- Proactively identify and qualify project opportunities

People Leadership
- Work closely with clients through the initiation, feasibility and planning phases of a project to ensure client engagement and preparedness for the change, and that the project solution is fit for purpose
- Partner with the Link Advice to manage client expectations and ensure sound commercials
- Work closely with product manager(s) to identify and scope new product opportunities
- Work closely with IT solution consultants & architects for cohesive solution design
- Be familiar with Link Group product offering

Governance & Risk
- Actively participate in the issue/risk management process by identification and prioritisation of issues/risk, developing strategies and controls, and escalating to governance bodies when appropriate.
- Ensure client awareness of Link’s project methodology to ensure effective project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC regulations and SIS
- Maintain up to date knowledge of superannuation legislation and trends
- Ensure strategies are developed and implemented to ensure that existing and new client relationships are profitable to Link Group

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Minimum 1 years’ project methodology experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the wealth management or superannuation industry
- Strong experience engaging clients in a project capacity
- Good understanding and experience in superannuation fund administration operations
- Advanced technical understanding of fund administration platforms and complexities of integration within
- Advanced ability to present in-depth business and/or technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem identification, analysis and solving
- Presentation skills
- Influencing skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
