**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and provide services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 3 month contract paying up to $35 p/h + Super located in Parramatta working 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Client Services Officer with a leading NSW Government agency to deliver high quality services to

customers that are reliable, timely and are consistent.

**_Key accountabilities include:_**
- Deliver high quality, consistent, empathetic and
timely services to clients that are consistent
- Ensure a coordinated approach to client matters by
working closely with team members.
- Actively listen to the concerns and enquiries of
clients and stakeholders and work to resolve issues
across the different business streams.
- Utilise the required systems and processes to
support the management of client matters and
actively suggest improvements.
- Escalate complex matters and substantial
complaints to the Senior Client Service Officer or
Principal Client Service Officer, as required.

**About You**:

- Basic level computer and telephony skills
- Financial exposure, preferably in an insurance background.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- 2 years experience in a call center environment
