**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a **Client Service Officer **to work for a** NSW Government **based in **Parramatta, NSW. **The position is a **month contract role with the possibility of being extended **and are paying **$35/hr + Super**.

3x Client Service Officer

7 Hours per day / 35 per week job

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high quality, consistent, empathetic and timely services to clients that are consistent with client's customer excellence principles.
- Ensure a coordinated approach to client matters by working closely with team members.
- Actively listen to the concerns and enquiries of clients and stakeholders and work to resolve issues across the different business streams.
- Work closely with staff from client Branches, Legal and Professional Service teams and Public Guardian to achieve quality outcomes focused on customer need.
- Utilise the required systems and processes to support the management of client matters andac tively suggest improvements.
- Escalate complex matters and substantial complaints to the Senior Client Service Officer or Principal Client Service Officer, as required.
- Actively role model client's values and behaviours.

**Essential requirements**
- Any legal qualifications would be a bonus, but essentials are customer service ability, clear communication skills and ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- NSW Government experience preferred.
