**The Opportunity**

In this role you will connect with a variety of different business leaders to understand their unique needs and build a bespoke TA strategy to enable you to source and find the best talent in the market. Whilst traditional TA experience is important, we are looking for someone who is willing to challenge the status quo and leave no stone unturned in order to deliver optimal outcomes.

**What will you be doing?**
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, developing close relationships and designing effective recruitment strategies;
- Partnering with our HR Consultants/Partners to ensure an integrated offering;
- Partnering with clients to ensure effective TA practices;

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working in a recruitment role across end-to-end activity within either agency, RPO or Internal environment;
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with a range of stakeholders to understand their business and deliver outcomes accordingly;
