We are about to go on a journey that will see some of our regions move from a decentralised to centralised model, and this has resulted in a newly created opportunity for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Taking a key focus on a portfolio of health-related technical and administration positions, you will be supporting our clinics in Western Australia, South Australia, and Tasmania, and will also assist our corporate services team by delivering best practice recruitment solutions.

**About the role**

Working with a team of people leaders who are excited about, and looking forward to, the support you’ll be able to offer, you will be delivering on the talent acquisition strategy and workforce plan. You will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring attraction of the right talent to meet the needs of the organisation. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the roll out of the new centralised model and will also participate in talent related projects.

**About You**

You enjoy the challenge of a competitive market and coming up with new and innovative ways to find and attract talent. You have a proven ability to build talent communities and maintain talent pipelines to meet the future workforce needs (we are growing).

Managing this high-touch portfolio will require a hands-on, highly organised recruiter. You will take a proactive, customer centric and collaborative approach to your work.
- Solid experience in talent acquisition gained in agency or an in-house environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Results-oriented and able to demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment software, ideally Page Up
- Exposure to the health industry is not required but will be advantageous
