**Talent Acquisition Partner**

Here's your opportunity to bring your extensive experience in recruitment and step into a Talent Acquisition Partner role with this leading national organisation, with the corporate head office based in Perth. Due to extensive growth and new acquisitions being sort left right and centre, there is an opening for a full time permanent position here.

Reporting to the National HR Manager, you'll be joining a collaborative and high performing talent team, where the company culture is friendly, inclusive and professional.

You'll bring your energy, enthusiasm and passion for making a difference through your knowledge of the external labour market and your love of working on a varied portfolio of roles across the business.

Your portfolio will focus on corporate services roles, so white collar will be your sweet spot when it comes to recruitment and talent sourcing. It is important you will be experienced in end to end recruitment from initiation to onboarding.

This is a highly autonomous role where you will work closely with the business leaders to establish the full requirements of the roles and be able to work efficiently with a high level of customer service. Having a high level of experience in stakeholder engagement, you will become a true advisor to the hiring managers and advising them on acquisition and succession planning needs.

**About you;**
- Extensive experience in in talent acquisition in an internal environment, mostly white collar roles.
- Strong understanding of the market with experience in hiring across a range of disciplines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- A talent for managing multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence
- Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing solutions regarding challenging assignment
