**About the role**:
Working within a highly motivated and welcoming team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a focus on supporting the recruitment of all roles for our Victorian portfolio.
- Manage advertising for all vacancies
- LinkedIn and other talent database searches for hard to fill roles
- Coordination of interviews
- Complete reference and compliance checks
- Support the management of the Talent Acquisition team inbox

- Experience in volume recruitment, or healthcare recruitment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment software
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
